Hearing Genuine User Feedback in the Wild
Over the Christmas period, one of our developers found himself in his local pub when he overheard a group nearby discussing a utilities management app they were using at work.
What caught his attention wasn’t just the conversation it was the enthusiasm.
They were talking about how easy the system was to navigate, how intuitive the workflows felt, and how much smoother their day-to-day work had become.
Curious, he listened a little closer to find out which platform they were praising.
To his surprise and no small amount of pride it turned out to be Solution Domain.
It’s rare to hear such unfiltered, unsolicited feedback, and moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Building software for utilities professionals isn’t just about features or functionality; it’s about creating tools that genuinely make complex work simpler for the people who rely on them every day.
Hearing engineers speak positively about their real-world experience with our platform, outside of meetings, demos, or feedback sessions, is incredibly rewarding. It reinforces our commitment to usability, reliability, and continuous improvement values that sit at the heart of everything we build.
Sometimes the most valuable feedback comes when you’re not asking for it.
Solution Domain is designed to support the realities of modern utilities management.
From daily operations to long-term planning, our platform helps teams work more efficiently, reduce friction, and stay in control without unnecessary complexity.
